SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Systems plays a critical leadership role in shaping and managing the company’s enterprise systems strategy. This individual will serve as a key liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
This role involves defining functional requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, capable of driving innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

Compensation range is $138,200 -$181,440.
Compensation is determined based on non-discriminatory, business-related factors, including but not limited to, training, experience, education and/or professional certifications, geographic location, and market data.

This role involves defining functional requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Own and manage the enterprise application portfolio, including ERP and business intelligence platforms.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Drive the strategic rollout of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization, identifying high-impact use cases, aligning with business goals, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Serve as the lead for all technology initiatives involving Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data accessibility and empower business users through self-service analytics.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and solution designs; facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across teams.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to training and post-implementation support.
- Maintain and optimize the ERP system to ensure it meets evolving business needs.
- Set priorities and manage a team of four direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
SUPERVISORY/BUDGET
- Supervision of 4 direct reports: Business Systems Analyst, Power BI Developer, Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst II
- Responsible for managing project budgets in alignment with departmental goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Education:
- 8+ years of experience in systems/business analysis and project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level projects.
- Strong background in data warehousing and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in writing both business and technical specifications.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise software applications.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Highly analytical, creative, and solutions-oriented.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Travel Requirements
- Minimal; primarily onsite.
Office Hours/Location:
- This position is based in Rohnert Park, CA. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to occasionally work remotely. Expected in-offices days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Subject to change.
